Wool's In The Shed and Lambing Weeks Away

A Black Welsh Mountain yearling enjoys the sun after her shearing.

The white sheep have been sunning all day and some are pink as pigs!

Big wether Sonnys' fleece weighed 15 lbs after the skirting.

Hi Val....that is one huge fleece! I sure hope the weather warms up soon...it's been very wet here and we need the sun to dry things up.
We had 9 lambs born to 2 ewes this week!!

That is a large fleece! Hope you get warm weather for lambing, makes it so much nicer. You must be excited about all your new fleece. we will be so glad to see green grass around here, has been a long cold winter!!

Oh, poor things! They must be cold...brrrr. I wish I lived a little closer and could drive out when a lamb was coming. Please put up some pics of the little ones.
